Little Sprouts Academy hires professionals that share our enthusiasm and love for children. All of our warm, caring staff are certified, first aid and CPR-trained, and receive professional training and ongoing coaching supports to serve as informed, nurturing guides to your children. We are active with the Children’s Learning Institute (CLI) professional development services, as well as those offered by other reputable agencies.
Our Directors participate in ongoing leadership and management professional development exchanges throughout the year.
And our management team includes a Harvard-trained educator experienced in education and community development.
