As a Texas Rising Star facility, Little Sprouts Academy employs our custom adaptation of the Children’s Learning Institute’s (CLI) Engage Circle Curriculum, which is aligned and approved by the Texas Education Agency.
Our custom, theme-based year-long Pre-K curriculum builds from the foundational elements in earlier years, and aids in the development of your child’s literacy, language, and math competencies to prepare them for the social and intellectual skills they will need in kindergarten and beyond. In addition, our teachers offer a welcoming environment where your kid can learn, make decisions, and gain self-confidence. Our classes are organized in such a way that encourages children’s intellectual curiosity and creative thinking. Opportunities for independent and small group learning happen at our carefully constructed centers that incorporate science exploration, manipulatives, reading and writing corners, fine and gross motor skills, social emotional learning, active play, dramatic play, and music.
Learning is captured on the parent communications and learning portal, as well as through folders ensuring that each child’s learning journey is respected and nurtured.
